By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

2. Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that sizing is correct before purchase. Please refer to our size guide for accurate measurements.

While our products are durable, no collar, harness, or lead is indestructible. Please regularly check your items for signs of wear and tear.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. 

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (excluding personalised/custom items).

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Care & Safety

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our products are used appropriately and safely.

House of M&B is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, improper fitting, or failure to regularly check items for wear.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of M&B shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on our website and social media are the property of House of M&B. They may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
